The Office takes appropriate security measures to keep personal information accurate and current and to prevent unauthorized access, loss, damage, alteration, or leakage.
2. Purposes of use
Personal information is used to answer inquiries, provide necessary notices and the Service, improve the Service, prevent misuse, and comply with applicable laws.
3. Disclosure to third parties
The Office will not disclose personal information to a third party without consent except in the following cases.
- When the user has consented
- When disclosure to a contractor is necessary to provide a requested service

4. Handling of face photos
Face photos are used to generate in-app results such as facial balance, face score, golden-ratio score, personal color, celebrity look-alike, face shape, first impression, hairstyle, skin, and body-frame analyses.
Photos are sent to Google’s Gemini API for processing, but FaceScore does not store or publish them.
FaceScore uses the paid Gemini API. Google does not use submitted images or generated responses to train AI models or improve its services. Google may retain data for a limited period for safety, abuse detection and prevention, or legal compliance.
5. Security measures
The Office implements measures needed to secure personal information and continuously reviews its handling practices.
6. Access, correction, and deletion
Requests to access, correct, or delete personal information will be handled within a reasonable scope after confirming the requester’s identity.
7. Advertising
The Service may display advertisements delivered by third parties. Advertising providers may use cookies or advertising identifiers to show interest-based ads. These do not include information that directly identifies a person, such as a name, address, or email address.
Personalized advertising can be disabled in device settings or according to each provider’s instructions.
8. Analytics
The Service may use Google Analytics and Google Signals to understand usage and improve the Service. Collected information is managed under Google’s privacy policy.
9. Compliance and review
The Office complies with applicable Japanese laws and other standards and reviews and improves this Policy as appropriate.
